From 2000 to 2005 she was a volunteer leader of the Women's Club in Trnava, whose main focus was education, charity and culture. She also served as the President of the Association of Language Schools of the Slovak Republic. Since 2000 she has been the head of HARMONY ACADEMY - an academy of international communication and people development. Since 2020 she has been part of the project \"Learning Trnava\", where she has been working on the development of education for teachers and school managers. She has written three books, \"I can because it's my life\", \"I choose because it's my life\" and \"9 principles of a modern man Learn & Lead\" She currently serves as President of the International Association of Innovative Teachers and Managers in Education (IAITME ), which brings together professionals from different countries to change education from within - by developing people, trust and a culture of learning."
