Adela Vitkovska is an active member of IAITME and highly experienced project manager and the director of Biedrība Eurofortis, with nearly 20 years of expertise in managing European Union-funded projects.
Adela began her professional journey in 2001 as an assistant at a regional development agency in the Czech Republic. Since 2004, she has specialised in Lifelong Learning projects under the Leonardo da Vinci programme and subsequently the Erasmus+ initiative. As a certified Internal EFQM Assessor, Adela oversees company development, overall management, project coordination, financial administration, and the successful implementation of projects across Latvia.
