Goals

  • Key Goals
    1. Engage and Train School Leaders: Equip school leaders with vision-building skills and training based on the EFQM model, enhancing school management and organizational culture.
    1. Develop Digital and Creative Teaching Methodologies: Implement blended learning courses focused on digital skills and creative teaching techniques for the classroom.
    1. Introduce Teacher Monitoring Processes: Pilot teacher monitoring systems to promote reflective practices and continuous improvement in teaching.
    Main Activities
    • Setting Up the Association: Establish the International ULCA Association to support a connected community of educational professionals.
    • Creating Resources and Training:
    • Develop guidelines for managing ULCA schools.
    • Provide training for managers on building school visions and applying the EFQM framework.
    • Launch blended learning courses focused on digital skills and innovative teaching.
    • Interactive Online Platform: Create an e-learning platform and online tools for teachers, assessors, trainers, and managers.
    • Monitoring System: Implement monitoring processes to support teachers in evaluating and enhancing their teaching practices.
    • Project Dissemination and Engagement: Organize a conference to share project outcomes and promote best practices within and beyond the network.
    • Expected Outcomes The project will produce several concrete outputs, including:
      1. An NGO for the ULCA Association of Innovative Teachers and School Managers.
      1. Online tools and e-learning platforms for educators.
      1. New courses for leaders, managers, and teachers on innovative practices.
      1. Guidelines for effective school management.
      1. A functional system for teacher monitoring and professional growth.
      Impact and Long-term Vision By establishing a robust, supportive network, NELCA aims to transform traditional educational institutions into centers of excellence. The project envisions creating a sustainable community of educators and administrators who advocate for quality, inclusivity, and innovation in education.
  • Establish the International ULCA Association: Form a professional body for innovative teachers and school managers to drive collaboration and support within the network.
